Notes on Hope is a brand managed and operated solely by Wallflower Ltd. This giveaway includes products provided by Notes on Hope, however the terms included have been decided solely by The Square Podcast (also referred to as ‘The Square Pod’ and ‘The Square’), who will be responsible for the fulfillment of the terms outlined.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “Prize”, refers to one (1) of the following:

• Four (4) Notes on Hope Tote Bags (dimensions 16 x 13.5 x 3.75 inches each).
• Two (2) sets of Elephant Family Sculptures (5 pieces in a set, approximately 2.5 inches, 2.25 inches, 2 inches, 1.75 inches, and 1.5 inches).

The social media pages involved in this competition include, but are not limited to: (1) Instagram: @notesonhope (https://www.instagram.com/notesonhope/); @thesquarepod_ ( https://instagram.com/thesquarepod_/).

• By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM on 30th NOVEMBER 2023. Six (6) winners will be selected at random by The Square Pod on 1st December 2023 and the winners will be notified by The Square Pod on or after this date.
• This competition is managed by The Square Pod. Six (6) winners will be chosen at random from all entrants and across all eligible platforms to win one of six (6) prizes each. The prize(s) will only be delivered to valid Nigerian addresses and only individuals who can receive their prize via a Nigerian address are eligible to enter.
• No purchases necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.
• Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.
• Employees of Wallflower Ltd and, or The Square Pod are not eligible to enter.
• Instagram is not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition.
• Only one entry per person per competition will be accepted.
• Each entrant shall enter the competition by:
• Following @thesquarepod_ on Instagram.
• Liking the specified giveaway announcement post on The Square Pod’s Instagram page, @thesquarepod_.
• Commenting on the specified post by @thesquarepod_ on Instagram with the words ‘Tote’ or ‘Sculpture’ outlining which prize you want a chance win, and Tagging 2 other Instagram users in said comment.
• The Prize(s) will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has entered on Instagram. Wallflower Ltd will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.
• Wallflower Ltd will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. Wallflower Ltd takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise invalid.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, Wallflower Ltd.’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize(s) in question.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, Wallflower Ltd shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize(s) for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and Wallflower Ltd and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise.
• Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Prizes are subject to availability and entrants consent to receiving no concessions on this matter.
• The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to Wallflower Ltd if requested and will be shared to enable fulfillment of the Prize.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond Wallflower Ltd.’s reasonable control, Wallflower Ltd reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
• Wallflower Ltd.’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
• The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles managed by Wallflower Ltd and The Square Pod on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter after the winner(s) has been selected.
