Order Tracking
You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped. Our standard shipping typically takes 7 – 10 business days to arrive.
How to Return an Item
Kindly note that we do not offer returns on undamaged products. We do not offer exchanges either.
In the unlikely case that you receive a faulty product, kindly contact our customer service team via contact@notesonhope.com to get your order return approved. To qualify for a return, you must contact customer service within 3 DAYS of receiving your order. All refunds will be made via store credit.
STEP 1: Contact our customer service team with evidence of the product defect and requesting a return via contact@notesonhope.com within 3 DAYS of receiving your order.
STEP 2: Receive confirmation from contact@notesonhope.com whether your return request meets our current refund criteria. If your return is approved, we will contact you to schedule a collection date and time for your package. Please note, you will only be eligible for one collection slot.
STEP 3: Hand over the sealed package in unused condition to your collection agent at the allotted date and time.
STEP 4: Your store credit receipt will be processed once the package has been received and approved by the Notes on Hope team. Please allow for up to 21 business days for your refund to be processed once we have acknowledged receipt of the package, and approval for your refund.
Address Changes
If you would like to change the delivery address for an order, please email contact@notesonhope.com as soon as possible. Kindly note that we are unable to make any address changes once an order has been shipped. Any additional delivery fees will need to be paid before your order can be shipped to its new delivery address.
Order Changes
Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to an order once it has been placed. You will need to cancel your order and place a new order via the Notes on Hope online store.
Order Cancellations
If you would like to cancel an order, please email contact@notesonhope.com as soon as possible. Kindly note that we are unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped. All order cancellations will receive refunds in the form of store credit.
